As talented as each artist was, jealousy over the other’s accomplishments destroyed their friendship for many years. With time, they learned to respect each other’s artistic gifts, and their rivalry turned to friendship and support. Pigasso and Mootisse are just the same. When they were rivals, Mootisse called Pigasso an “Art Hog”, and Pigasso said that Mootisse’s paintings looked like “color-by-numbers”. But they, too, learned to get along.
